San Diego County Behavioral Health Services offers a 24-hour crisis line as well as nightly live chat. They also offer a bank of resources to provide adult services, children and family services, and emergency and crisis management for behavioral health and suicide prevention.

NORTH COAST MENTAL HEALTH CLINIC

Administered by the County of San Diego Mental Health Services, North Coastal Mental Health Clinic provides recovery and rehabilitation services for adults with persistent mental illness. They also provide walk-in non-emergency outpatient psychiatric services including medication and other urgent mental health needs. Culturally competent services include crisis intervention, mental health assessment, outpatient services, group therapy, medication management, short-term individual counseling, and psychiatric case management. Vocational and educational services are also available.

OPEN PATH PSYCHOTHERAPY COLLECTIVE

Open Path Psychotherapy Collective provides middle and lower-income level individuals, couples, families, and children with access to affordable psychotherapy and mental health education services. It is a nonprofit that nonprofit allows therapists to provide affordable, in-office and online psychotherapy sessions between $40 and $70 ($30 for student intern sessions).
